Indoor Facility

The hourly rates (inclusive of VAT) for the hire of Treetops, on the first floor, are below. The café can only be booked via prior agreement and cannot be used exclusively during café opening hours. Please contact us for rates.

New rates effective from 1st June 2024

Please note the following:

• Exclusive use of the café/bar area will need to be agreed by the Trust and café operator so as not to interfere with community access, provision for sports club matches and café core operating hours.

• The café operator can, at an additional cost and with prior agreement with the operator, arrange the provision of food and drinks. Self catered parties and social gatherings will attract the higher rate.

• Registered Charities and organisations represented on the Trust will receive a 20% discount on the above prices for official events/functions. Please request this in the 'Special Requirements' box towards the end of the booking form.
